How do I place an order?
Simple... just search out the items you want to purchase and then click the 'Checkout' link.

Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all of our prices are in Canadian dollars.

Will I have to pay taxes on my order?
US & foreign orders are not charged any taxes whatsoever. All Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST. Orders from British Columbia may also be subject to 7% PST. All products shipped out of province must abide by the restrictions set forth in the Federal Tobacco Act.

Can I order single cigars?
Yes, you may order single cigars. We carry a wide selection of various brands and sizes in-store. Send us an and let us know what you're looking for (brand, size, strength, etc.).

Shipping Policy

How can I get free shipping?
Free shipping may be free, but it isn't necessarily cheap. Any orders over $500 CAD (Canadian dollars) within North American are automatically SHIPPED FOR FREE! Otherwise our rates are as follows:

Up to and including $200.00 Order Value... $12.00 CAD
From $200.01 to $300.00 Order Value... $8.00 CAD
From $300.01 to $500.00 Order Value... $6.00 CAD
Greater than $500.00 Order Value... FREE

Is it illegal for me to order Cuban cigars?
According to the US Department of Treasury, it is illegal for US persons to buy, sell, trade, give away, or otherwise engage in (or offer to engage in) transactions involving illegally-imported Cuban cigars. That said, we ship ANYWHERE!

Do you remove the cigar bands prior to shipment?
No, all of our Cuban cigars arrive with their bands on. Please note that some cigars (i.e. cabinet selection) do not have bands in the first place.

Are full box orders shipped in their original box?
Yes, your cigars will be shipped in their original box.

How will you ship my order? How long does it take?
Canadian shipments are sent via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service and take 3-5 business days from the date of shipment to arrive. US shipments are sent via USA ExpressPost and take 4-6 business days from the date of shipment to arrive.

All of our shipping rates are in Canadian dollars. Persons wishing to order from outside North America should contact us regarding the cost to ship their order.

When you place an order, we need your name, paid-ISP e-mail address (i.e. no free e-mail accounts like Hotmail or Yahoo), mailing address, telephone number, credit card number, and expiration date. This information is necessary to prepare and ship your order to you. Please note that your telephone number is only used for issues directly related to your order, never for unauthorized solicitation.

What happens to my information then?

Return Policy

Our Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by e-mail within seven (7) days of delivery and you may return the remainder of your order in perfect condition for a prorated replacement or refund (minus shipping charges).

Authenticity

In order to ensure that our customers are always receiving the genuine Cuban product, we purchase all of our Cuban cigars from either Havana House or one of its approved wholesalers. Havana House Cigar & Tobacco Merchants Limited is the exclusive importer and distributor of authentic Cuban cigars in Canada.
